The challenge
A cracked concrete slab, poor drainage toward the house and no shade, the backyard went unused most of the year.
What we did
We removed the old slab, corrected the grade, built a paver terrace with seating walls and added low-voltage lighting for evenings outside.
Project scope
- Demolition & haul-away
- Grading & drainage
- Paver or stone patio
- Seating walls
- Landscape lighting
