Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This is the agreement between you and Verdwoven. It explains the price, how billing and cancellation work, who owns the website content, what we are and are not responsible for, and how to reach us. Please read it before subscribing.
1. Agreement to these terms
Verdwoven ("we", "us", "our") builds and hosts websites for US landscaping and lawn care businesses. By creating an account, subscribing, or using our websites and tools, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you use Verdwoven for a business, you agree on that business's behalf and confirm you are authorized to bind it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What you get
We build only for US landscaping and lawn care businesses. Website creation starts after your payment and your completed questionnaire, and your site is ready for review within 24 hours of both.
- A website built from your questionnaire answers, in the design you choose
- Hosting, SSL and one standard custom domain, with its renewals, included
- Quote and contact forms, plus online appointment booking that can be added to an iPhone or Android home screen
- Unlimited content updates by chat, and a dashboard where you edit your details and work projects yourself
- Local SEO for your service area and articles written for your site automatically
- A bonus brand kit: logo, business cards and a flyer, designed from your answers and emailed to you
- English as the primary language and Spanish as a second language
3. Your account
You sign in with email or Google. Keep your login details private, and tell us right away about any use you do not recognize. We will never ask you for your password.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your contact details current.
4. Price and billing
Verdwoven costs $59 per month per website, in US dollars, with no setup fee. One plan includes everything listed above.
Your card is charged monthly in advance, on the same day each month, until you cancel. Payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. Where sales, use or similar taxes apply, we add and collect them.
If we change the price, we will tell you by email or with a notice in your dashboard at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal.
5. Automatic renewal and how to cancel
Your subscription renews automatically every month so that your website, domain and booking system stay live without interruption.
You can cancel at any time. There is no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your dashboard, or email Hello@verdwoven.com or call +1 (541) 697-4965 and we will do it for you. Cancellation stops all future charges, and your website stays published until the end of the month you already paid for.
6. Refunds
If your website is not delivered as promised — ready for review within 24 hours of your payment and completed questionnaire — tell us, and we will either fix it or refund the current month's fee.
Refund requests should reach us within 14 days of the charge. Outside that window, and unless the law requires otherwise, charges are not refundable.
7. Your domain
One standard domain and its standard renewals are included while you subscribe. You are the owner of the domain; we register and manage it for you through our registrar.
You must give accurate registrant contact details, because registry and ICANN rules require it. Premium domains and domains you already own are handled separately and always need your explicit approval, with any cost shown to you first.
If you stop subscribing, your website goes offline, but the domain stays yours. Ask us and we will help you move it to another provider.
8. Your content and your claims
You keep ownership of everything you give us — business details, photos, your logo and the text we publish for you. You give us permission to host, display and use it to build and run your website.
You confirm you have the right to use what you send, including photos, and that your claims are true. Do not send us licenses, certifications, awards, reviews or customer counts that are not real, and do not ask us to invent them. We will not publish invented reviews, ratings, awards or customer counts.
You are responsible for what appears on your site, even when we wrote or generated most of it.
9. AI-generated content
We use AI to turn your answers into website copy, local articles and branding drafts, and an AI assistant helps you update your site. You review what is published and you can ask for changes at any time.
AI material can contain mistakes, so check names, prices, service areas and claims before you publish or share. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, phone calls, bookings or sales.
10. Rules for using Verdwoven
Do not use the service to: (a) break the law, defraud, deceive or impersonate anyone; (b) post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or an invasion of someone's privacy; (c) infringe copyright, trademark or anyone else's rights; (d) send texts or emails to people who did not ask for them, since you are responsible for following CAN-SPAM, TCPA and similar marketing rules; (e) collect or use booking details for anything other than the appointment the person requested; (f) interfere with the service, upload malware, probe or try to break into our systems, or resell access without our written permission.
If you break these rules, we can warn you, take the content down, or suspend the service.
11. Bookings and your customers
When someone books through your website, we collect what they type — usually name, phone, email, address or ZIP, service, and the date and time they want — so you can serve them and so we can stop spam and fraud.
That booking information belongs to your business. You decide what happens to it, and you can ask us to remove it. You must tell your own customers how you use their details, and use bookings only for the appointment they asked for.
12. Third-party services
We rely on other companies for payment processing, hosting and storage, domain registration, fonts and content delivery, email delivery and AI models. Their own terms and privacy policies can apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
13. Copyright complaints
If you believe a website we host copies your work in a way that infringes your copyright, send to Hello@verdwoven.com a description of the work, where it appears, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate, and your signature. We can remove the material and, for repeat infringers, stop hosting the site.
14. Feedback
You are welcome to send us ideas or suggestions. We can use them without owing you anything, as long as we keep your name private if you ask.
15. Availability and support
We work to keep your website online and fast, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may take the system down for maintenance and will tell you first when we reasonably can. Support is available by email at Hello@verdwoven.com and by phone at +1 (541) 697-4965.
16. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Other than what these Terms or the law requires, we give no warranties, express or implied, including about fitness for a particular purpose.
The 24-hour review promise and the other statements on our website are service commitments, not guarantees of business results. We do not promise you a specific search ranking, number of visitors, or amount of work.
17. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total responsibility for anything arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
These limits apply only as far as the law allows. Some states do not allow certain limits, so they may not apply to you.
18. Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim because of your content, your use of the service, or your break of these Terms, you will cover our reasonable costs and attorneys' fees for defending it.
19. Suspension and ending your service
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end the service if you stop paying, if you break these Terms, if we must for security or legal reasons, or if a registrar, payment provider or similar partner requires it. Where we can, we give notice first and tell you why.
After the service ends, your website stops being published. Ask us within 30 days and we will send you your content and images.
20. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may improve or change the service, and we may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in your dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the update. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If something goes wrong, email us first — we will reply within 15 days and try to fix it. If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and each side pays its own costs unless the law says otherwise.
22. General
These Terms are the full agreement between you and Verdwoven about the service, and they replace anything earlier. No one outside this agreement has rights under it. We may assign it in a merger or sale of the business. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and our failure to enforce something is not a waiver.
If an event outside our control — a natural disaster, a network or provider failure, a government order — delays our work, we will do our best to catch up, but we are not liable for the delay.
